I am a slow artist.
Some Notes on Tipping & PWYW...I always add tipping to my invoices but it is not meant to pressure you into tipping me. I do not expect tips, but sincerely appreciate them. On the flipside, I do not feel negatively when I'm not tipped. I'm not for toxic tipping culture. Please only tip if you are willing and able! The quality of your commission will not change if you do or don't.My prices being listed with the PWYW option can be intimidating. If I were a potential client looking at the lineup, I'd feel guilty paying $10 or less for a PWYW commission when I know the artist typically charges $75.I can't stress enough that I made PWYW an option so that people had more access to my art, and it gives me the benefit of being able to experiment! Normal offerings must adhere to a style guide, but my PWYW commissions are usually the most fun because I can get a lil creative with my process!You don't have to match your previous PWYW prices. $70 the first time then $10 the next is fine! Please, if you're interested but only have $5 to spend, I encourage you to go for it. (: The quality of your PWYW commission is not affect by amount paid.

Below is a list of the items you can add onto your ref, along with their price.
Unique anthros are anthros which are drawn separately.
Back views are back views modified from a unique anthro.
Moodlet pricing follows the discount hierarchy in the moodlet section.
Outfits include head, torso, leg, and feet pieces.
Detail refers to a magnified portion of the reference which points out a particular trait, e.g. zooming into the hand to see nail detail, or mouth for teefies.

By contacting me for work, you are agreeing that my ToS supersedes any ToS of yours. My ToS carries over with redistribution of the art; the person who receives it will need to abide by this ToS as well.You agree that my ToS may be changed at any time in the future without notice.

As the Artist
I may post the finished piece on any gallery.
I will not remove commissions from any of my galleries upon request, and I will not take private commissions. If you would like for a commission to not be posted until a certain date because of a special event, that is fine.
I may remove the artwork from my gallery, should I find it suiting.
I may use any sketches that do not get approved for your commission for other work.
I reserve all copyrights of the artwork, including by not limited to commercial rights, regardless of the characters involved in said artwork. A buyer who does not wish for their characters to be involved in commercialization processes including but not limited to the sale of prints may select to opt-out from the commercialization process. Buyers wishing to opt out must state such intent in writing and have these wishes acknowledged by me prior to the completion of the commission.
As the Client
You may repost the artwork anywhere you please as long as you credit me and link to the original submission in my Fur Affinity gallery.
You may not remove my copyright or watermark.
You may not edit the artwork without asking (I am lenient - please ask).
You may have the art reproduced as a print.
You may not redistribute the art without written permission from myself.
Adopted characters may be redistributed without permission, though I would like to know for personal reference.
You may cancel your commission, but will receive a partial refund if started. Please see the refunds section for more information.
Communication
All contact will take place in website PM or email (jansiarts@gmail.com).
The client has three (3) days to communicate information or the commission slot is relinquished.
After payment and/or information is received, the client has five (5) days to respond to any message from me which requires a reply in regards to changes. If there is no reply, there will be no changes made.
Payment
Payment is through PayPal invoicing only. Please do not send me payment outside of your invoice.
Refund Conditions
If you do not receive an update from me within 30 days from sending payment, you may ask for a full refund.
If I cannot correct a sketch and you are continuously dissatisfied, you may request a full refund.
If I mess something up and cannot correct it, I will partially refund you 20% of the total price.
Refunds may not be requested otherwise.
I may issue a refund if I find it personally suiting.
Please see the chart below for information on refund percentages per stage. You will retain the rights to all artwork unless it is a sketch; if you cancel the commission after receiving the sketch, you no longer have rights to use the sketch.

Process
You may contact me personally to inquire about commission availability.
Most commonly, I will post commission availability via journals on Fur Affinity, a message in Kiki's Hideaway, or offer stream commissions.
If there are any artist mistakes, I will gladly change them for you without charge - they're my mistakes!
I will not make changes to completed pieces for anything that is inconsistent with what is on the reference I received. If something does change, please contact me ASAP so that I can change it before completion. I am willing to change it based upon the updates received, but if it is too much (such as the addition of wings), I will request an upcharge or not accept the changes. This is not cause for a refund.
If you would like a sketch to approve your art before I complete it, then you must request it when filling out the commission form.
Loyalty Reward System
The purpose of this system is to reward recurring clients for their loyalty... and to incentivize purchasing, of course!Every time you purchase art from me, you receive 25% of the dollar value in points. If it's a decimal, we round up.Tips count toward the total amount spent.

But why are they numbers, though? I wanted my clients' point banks to be easily accessible and anonymous so that others couldn't peer into their spending habits. Each client is assigned a number.
